Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. There are three common scenarios:
Upgrade (increase the number of activated glasses):
Changes are applied immediately and you will be charged right away. If you haven’t fully used your current plan, you may be eligible for a fee reduction.
Downgrade (reduce the number of activated glasses):
Changes take effect in the next billing cycle. Be sure to deactivate any excess glasses before then. If not, our system will automatically deactivate the oldest excess items to match your new plan.
Cancel subscription:
Your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. You’ll retain access to your plan and data until then. If you re-subscribe later, your data will still be available.
